Tiffany Kirk Joins Pinnacle Financial Partners to Further Atlanta Community Efforts

Pinnacle Financial Partners has welcomed Tiffany Kirk to its Atlanta office as a community development coordinator. Kirk joins the team with more than 17 years of banking industry experience with a heavy focus on community development. In this role, she will develop strategies and tactics for expanding the positive impact Pinnacle makes on the community. In overseeing Community Reinvestment Act activities for the firm , Kirk will build and expand programs to ensure Pinnacle’s service and advice are available to all, including low- to moderate-income communities.

Since joining Pinnacle, Kirk has helped launch the Minority Business Education program, which was created by Pinnacle’s Buckhead office leader, Jerry Banks. The series of seven classes teaches entrepreneurs the difference between personal and business credit, the components of financial and income statements, and how to build a strong team. In addition to her role, Kirk chairs the board of the Atlanta Neighborhood Development Partnership, an affordable housing Community Development Financial Institution lender. Pinnacle partners with this program to administer down payment assistance funding and has already provided the organization with $2 million in capital to further its affordable housing efforts in the Atlanta area.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Kirk worked with Regions Bank as a community development manager, where she oversaw 22 markets, ensuring satisfactory community development lending, investment and volunteer activities. She was also responsible for managing strategic community outreach partnerships with schools, government agencies, nonprofits and more.
