Consumer Spending Growth Lifts Prospects
Near the end of the third quarter the S&P 500 hit a new high, which is astonishing given the anxiety over Brexit. Growth in consumer spending, which has been very uneven over the last two years, has begun to stabilize and is expected to continue to grow. Home prices across the country continue to rise and should level off in 2018-2019.
