Eric Anderson Joins Pinnacle Financial Partners to Build and Lead Government Banking Program

Veteran banking leader Eric Anderson has joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as the firm’s government banking program manager, bringing 20 years of highly specialized experience to the firm. He is based in Knoxville, TN, at the firm’s Northshore office and will build a firmwide program to serve local, state and federal governments entities with Pinnacle’s brand of distinctive service and effective advice.

Anderson comes from Truist, where he served as a commercial middle market relationship manager on the government and not-for-profit banking team. Prior roles include commercial banking team leader at First Citizens Bank and business banking officer at AmSouth Bank. Anderson earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Tennessee. He also served in the United States Air Force as an aerospace propulsion journeyman.
