Pinnacle Announces Agreement to Acquire BNC Bancorp

Pinnacle Financial Partners Inc. (Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP) and BNC Bancorp jointly announced the signing of a definitive agreement pursuant to which BNC will merge with and into Pinnacle in an all-stock transaction. Pinnacle and BNC hosted a joint webcast at 9 a.m. CST/10 a.m. EST on Monday, Jan. 23 to discuss the financial and other aspects of the business combination. It will be archived on the investor relations page of Pinnacle’s website at www.pnfp.com for 90 days following the presentation.
