Pinnacle Financial Partners Continues to Expand in Jacksonville with Eight New Associates
Pinnacle Financial Partners has announced the addition of eight new associates to its growing Jacksonville team, continuing the firm’s rapid growth in North Florida. Tiffany Kramer, Ryan Tiedeberg, Marsi Kosho, Robin Alexander, April Hayden, Christiana Pickering, Marlon Brunson and Rakesh Patel all bring their experience and expertise to the Pinnacle team.

Kramer is a financial advisor focused on serving clients’ wealth and financial planning needs. She joins the Pinnacle team from Truist, where she served as a vice president and a chartered retirement planning counselor. Kramer is a Jacksonville native with 29 years spent in the banking industry. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida and is active in various community organizations in the area.
Tiedeberg joins the team as a financial advisor serving Pinnacle's most affluent clients. He has 26 years of financial services experience and comes to Pinnacle from Truist, where he served as a wealth advisor. Tiedeberg's entire career has been dedicated to advising business owners on their financial priorities. He earned both his bachelor’s degree and MBA from the University of Florida.
Kosho joins Pinnacle as a financial advisor serving individuals and small businesses. She comes from Wells Fargo and brings 12 years of experience in the banking industry, including nine in leadership roles. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida.
As a financial advisor assistant with 30 years of banking experience, Alexander brings a seasoned perspective to supporting the team. She comes to Pinnacle from Truist, where she served as a commercial client specialist. Prior to that, she served as a branch manager for SunTrust Bank. She earned her associate degree from Florida State College at Jacksonville and is active in the community.
Hayden joins the team as a financial advisor assistant with 23 years of financial experience, most recently as a senior relationship banker for Truist. There she helped her clients with financial planning and investment management.
Pickering joins the Pinnacle team as a financial advisor assistant with nearly a decade of banking experience under her belt. In her previous role at Truist, she served as a branch manager, offering engaging client and team support. She earned her bachelor’s and MBA degrees from the University of North Florida.
Brunson joins the team as a client service advisor, bringing 11 years of financial services experience to the firm. Prior roles include serving as a regional branch manager for Wells Fargo serving clients and overseeing bank operations. He also served in various roles at Bank of America.
Patel joins Pinnacle with 25 years of financial services experience. He most recently worked at Truist and will serve Pinnacle as a credit advisor. Prior to joining the firm, Patel served in various roles at Citibank, Fifth Third Bank, BBVA Compass and Bank of America. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
