Pinnacle Financial Partners Grows in Louisville with Addition of New Full-service Office and Veteran Bankers
Pinnacle Financial Partners is expanding in Louisville with the addition of six new associates and plans to open its first full-service office at 286 N. Hubbards Lane this spring. Joining the team is Barbara Jaenisch who will serve as the office leader for the location, Financial Advisor Scott Borowick, Financial Advisor Assistant Katie Harris, Client Service Advisor Sharlene Ellifrits, Financial Specialist Leisa Baechler and Executive Assistant Teresa Kapp, adding more experience to the firm’s thriving Louisville operations.

Jaenisch brings more than 18 years of banking experience to her new position. She comes to the team from First Financial Bank, where she served as a financial center manager. In this role, she developed and maintained client relationships in both small business and retail banking. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from Bellarmine University and also holds a certificate in accounting.
Borowick comes to Pinnacle with more than 25 years of experience, much of it in leadership positions. Most recently he served as director of retail administration for Republic Bank, overseeing retail branch operations and supporting retail banking leadership across its network. His prior roles include market sales and service director for Republic Bank, market president for MainSource Bank, district manager for U.S. Bank and district sales executive for National City Bank. He earned his bachelor’s in business administration from Campbellsville University.
Harris joins Pinnacle from Fifth Third Bank, where she learned to be a well-rounded banker in various roles including treasury management wholesale client advisor, financial center manager and personal banker. She brings more than 10 years of experience to the firm. Harris earned her bachelor’s from the University of Louisville.
Ellifrits comes to Pinnacle with six years of financial services experience. She joins the firm from L&N Federal Credit Union where she served most recently as a banking officer. Her prior roles include member service representative and loan officer.
Baechler brings more than 30 years of experience to Pinnacle. She joins the firm from First Financial Bank where she served as a consumer banker, relationship manager and personal banker. Prior to that she worked in various roles at Stock Yards Bank & Trust.
Kapp comes to Pinnacle with more than 35 years of experience. Most recently she served as an executive assistant at PNC Bank. Prior to that she served in various capacities at National City Bank, including Human Resources.
