March 04, 2024

Industry veteran Mike Hilleboe joined Pinnacle Financial Partners as the firm’s new dealer floor plan group manager, expanding Pinnacle’s reach under the firm’s expanding dealer commercial services team. Hilleboe brings over two decades of financial services experience to the firm.

“Mike brings a level of expertise in floor plan finance that will help us grow across our footprint,” said Kris Foster, area manager for Pinnacle’s equipment finance team. “His wealth of experience and demonstrated expertise in driving revenue and fostering client relationships align seamlessly with Pinnacle’s culture of service and advice. He is a perfect example of the kind of talent drawn to our way of doing business and an exceptional addition to our team.”

Bringing Hilleboe on board underscores Pinnacle’s dedication to providing innovative solutions and fostering meaningful relationships within the automotive sector. This will allow Pinnacle’s dealer business to meet the holistic needs of their clients, whether through floor plan, real estate and/or acquisition financing, or through delivering treasury, deposit, and payment services.  Further expanding the firm’s roster of in-house specialists who are experts in their industries allows for stronger collaboration across the firm’s growing footprint while meeting the unique needs of their clients.

Prior to joining Pinnacle, Hilleboe served as the dealer team lead at Truist, where he managed a portfolio of dealer client relationships across seven states – including North Carolina where he is based. Hilleboe graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in finance. He has remained actively engaged in professional and community organizations, including his church, the Greensboro Sports Council, state and local dealer associations and the AFSA Commercial Credit Committee. He’ll be working out of the firm’s Greensboro Irving Park office, located at 2201 N. Elm Street.
