Pinnacle Named Best Workplace in Charlotte -- Again

Pinnacle Financial Partners is once again the No. 1 best place to work in every area of North Carolina, having earned the top spot in Charlotte this week, as well as in the Triangle and Triad regions earlier this year.

This is Pinnacle’s second consecutive No. 1 ranking on the list of midsize Top Workplaces from The Charlotte Observer and Energage and its fourth appearance overall, earning the No. 1 spot in 2021 and No. 2 in 2020.

The firm also earned a special “Meaningfulness Award” to recognize a company whose associates say their work is meaningful and “more than just a job.” Earlier this year, Pinnacle was named the No. 1 Top Workplace in South Carolina by a host of business publications for the second year in a row.

This honor is the 15^th local or national workplace award Pinnacle earned in 2022, capping a year where the firm won the top spot in every major market where the firm operates, save those established within the last 12 months and Nashville, where Pinnacle is the founding member of the Best Places to Work Hall of Fame.
