Pinnacle Opens New Office in Bartlett

Firm expands footprint to serve growing Northeast corridor

Pinnacle Financial Partners has opened a new office in Bartlett at 3070 Kirby Whitten Rd. It’s led by Christie McCormack, who has been part of the firm’s team in the Memphis area for five years.

“This is a key addition for Pinnacle to extend our reach and provide convenience for clients in the Northeast corridor,” said Lisa Foley, Pinnacle’s area manager in Memphis. “The city of Bartlett has become an epicenter for growth, both in new businesses and population, and we’re ready to play a part in this community’s future.”

The Bartlett team includes McCormack plus financial specialist Leigh Brown, client service advisor Kim Webb and mortgage advisors Sharon Church and Terry Fiveash. The group developed a synergy working together at Pinnacle’s office in Cordova, which closed at the end of October. Joining the team later this month will be Angie Hicks, a new financial specialist coming to Pinnacle after 26 years at Regions Bank in Memphis and Bartlett, and Amber Puryear, a financial advisor who joined Pinnacle in the spring of 2019.   

The Bartlett office is Pinnacle’s seventh full-service location in Shelby County and its first new office in the city since the Union Ave. office opened in 2019. It is designed to serve the full range of business and personal needs and features an ATM and two drive-thru lanes. It also includes Pinnacle’s signature feature, a Learning Center with full audio-visual capabilities. This is a space dedicated to financial education events for clients and neighbors and is also open for community use.

The office includes light blond woods, modern metal and glass fixtures and abundant natural light. The general contractor for the project was Metro Construction, LLC.
