Katie Elder

Katie Elder is Pinnacle’s area manager for client services in Southern North Carolina.

Prior to Pinnacle’s acquisition of BNC Bancorp in 2017, she was a sales integration manager for 13 Bank of North Carolina locations. Elder’s financial services career spans 20 years in numerous consumer banking leadership roles in Raleigh and in Nashville, TN.

She graduated from East Carolina University, the North Carolina Bankers Association’s School of Banking at UNC-Chapel Hill and the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University.

Elder is currently a member of the Union County Chamber of Commerce: Women in Business, the Monroe Rotary Club and North Carolina Young Bankers. She has also been co-chair for Leadership Cary, an ambassador for the Cary Chamber of Commerce and served on the board of the Miracle League of the Triangle for five years. Elder is a Paul Harris fellow and graduate of Rotary Leadership Institute.
