Ken Ayers

Ken Ayers is a senior vice president, area manager for Pinnacle’s small business and retail team in Tysons Corner, VA, responsible for leading a team of financial advisors in providing distinctive service and effective advice to business and private banking clients.

Before joining the firm in 2022, Ayers was a senior vice president with the Truist Commercial Banking division in Fairfax, VA, where he worked for five years as a market president leading a team of commercial bankers focused on developing and deepening client relationships. Prior to that, he spent 15 years as a Truist retail and small business banking manager focused on leading and managing retail and small business operations for the West Virginia North, North Florida and Greater Washington Markets.

Ken attended Mountain State University, now West Virginia University, as well as various banking schools.
