Candi Carter

Candi Carter joined the firm in March 2025 as Pinnacle | Health & Benefits Operations Support Manager. She started her work with consumer driven health benefits and COBRA administration in 2015 after 17 years in retail and small business banking. Carter leads the firm's Health & Benefits account management team, ensuring an excellent client service experience. She earned a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in political science.
