Pinnacle is the Best Place to Work in Memphis

Pinnacle Financial Partners is the best place to work in Memphis, according to the Memphis Business Journal. The firm took home 2017’s top “Best Place to Work” award in its category of companies up to 149 employees. This is the second time the firm has won in its category in the three years since it entered the Memphis market.

Pinnacle bested dozens of other companies for the honor at a special luncheon on Friday, October 27. The designation is based on surveys facilitated by Quantum Workplace, a leading employee engagement firm.

“We strive to create great experiences for our associates so they can give great experiences to our clients,” said Kirk Bailey, Pinnacle’s Memphis chairman. “They are so closely tied together that you can’t do one without the other. I’m grateful for the recognition, but more so I am proud of our team for living our values and our culture every day.”

Pinnacle previously won this award in 2015, the same year it entered the Memphis market, and was a finalist in 2016. So far in 2017, Pinnacle has earned five national workplace awards:

That makes 12 national awards for workplace culture in Pinnacle’s history, along with dozens of local and regional awards. Like Best Place to Work, many of these awards were also determined by associate surveys.
