People are what matter most, not policies and profits. That’s why I love working at Pinnacle. I have been blessed to welcome more than 2,500 families home during my career and have made friends that will last a lifetime. I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. I prefer to get to know my clients and use my knowledge and experience to find the best solution for them so they are set up for success in the long run.

I consider myself lucky to get to work with active-duty service members, veterans and their families and love every minute with them. I once worked with an expectant family whose father was deployed overseas and out of contact. They were left at the closing table by a large call center lender and ran into issues with their power of attorney. After reviewing their file and consulting with my credit partners, we got them approved and cleared to close within the bare minimum time required by law—and helped set them up with an attorney who straightened out their POA. The wife hadn’t seen her husband in nearly a year but now had a place to call home and welcome their new child into the world.
