EDUCATION AND EMPOWERMENT
Helping my clients with a home loan is never just about the process. How we get it done is important, but even more so is the why. Home ownership brings long-term financial benefits and gives people the tools to build generational wealth. Especially with first-time home buyers, I focus on education and empowerment. Working together, we can often put the pieces together for a prequalification plan. If not, we can build a roadmap for how they get there, looking at every aspect of their financial situation and the steps they can take toward owning a home. And it’s never too late. I once worked with a woman in her 50s who had dreamed her whole life of buying a house and was told she’d never be able to. Not only did we prove them wrong, but I have since helped her daughter, making them the first two generations of their family to own their own homes.
