Chase Himes, JD

Chase Himes is a trust manager of distinctive care services with a concentration in special needs trust.

Prior to joining the firm, he served as a senior trust officer and manager at two independent trust companies, where he built and mentored high-performing teams committed to exceptional client service. Earlier in his career, he was an attorney with the TennCare Office of General Counsel, representing Tennessee’s Medicaid Program in administrative hearings and estate recovery matters.

Chase holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Mississippi, where he practiced as a student attorney in the Civil Legal Clinic, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, cum laude, from the University of Tennessee.
