Katie Bouldin Perez, JD

Katie Perez is a trust and wealth advisor in the Huntsville, Alabama office location.

Perez joined Pinnacle in 2025, bringing 14 years of experience including: advising national mortgage servicers in foreclosure, REO closings, and regulatory compliance, as well as residential real estate title and closings. Most recently Katie was a closing attorney with South Oak Title – Huntsville, LLC. Through this practice she developed a strong understanding of how financial decisions shape people’s lives. That experience prepared her to serve as a Trust and Wealth Advisor, where she helps clients protect and grow their assets with clarity, care, and a focus on long-term goals.

Perez holds a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and a BS from the University of Alabama. She is a member of the Alabama Bar Association.
