Bowling Green, KY
- Our Bowling Green office will open at 10 a.m.
Louisville, KY
- Our St. Matthews office will be closed due to the snow and ice storm.
Northern Virginia and Maryland
- All offices in the National Capital region are closed due to heavy snow.
Western Virginia
- All offices, including those in Roanoke, Salem, Vinton and Lynchburg, will close at 4 p.m.
- We expect all offices to reopen at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 7
Before visiting an office, please call and ensure they are open for regular hours. You can find our locations at PNFP.com/locations.
If you can't get out, Pinnacle's Client Service Center and Pinnacle Anytime are available 24 hours a day, as are our digital banking options.

Mobile Check Deposit
Our mobile app makes it easy to deposit checks wherever you are. Just take a photo of the front and back of the check, fill out a few fields and submit. Be sure to include “Mobile Deposit Only” on the endorsement line.

Funds generally are available the next business day if they are deposited before 6 p.m. CT/7 p.m. ET. Daily and monthly limits may apply.
