(Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP) reported net income per diluted common share of $1.19 for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2023, compared to net income per diluted common share of $1.76 for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2022, a decrease of 32.4 percent. Net income per diluted common share was $7.14 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, compared to $7.17 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, a decrease of 0.4 percent.
