Trang Nguyen-Do and Bob Madeja Are Among 4 Additions to Pinnacle
Accomplished financial services professional Trang Nguyen-Do and veteran credit advisor Bob Madeja have joined the National Capital Region team of Pinnacle Financial Partners, a bank based in Nashville, TN. Both are working in temporary offices with the team and will be moving to a permanent location later this year. Joining Pinnacle along with Nguyen-Do and Madeja are Anjum Saeed, treasury management analyst, and Erica Findlay, financial advisor assistant.
Pinnacle Commits $3 Million to National Institute of Minority Economic Development, Including $200,000 for THRIVE High Point
Pinnacle announced a $3 million commitment to the National Institute of Minority Economic Development to further their work for economic equity in North Carolina. The funds will be used to support small businesses and homeowners throughout the state with affordable and accessible lending. Of the $3 million, $200,000 is specifically designated to THRIVE | High Point, which offers dedicated small business support for women and minority groups in the High Point community.
James Barnett Joins Pinnacle in Birmingham
James Barnett has joined the Birmingham team of Pinnacle Financial Partners, a bank based in Nashville, TN, solidifying the growing presence of Pinnacle in the market. He is a senior credit officer bringing 18 years of financial services experience to the firm. Barnett is Pinnacle’s first senior credit officer in the region, and he will help build a credit team to partner with local financial advisors in reviewing and structuring deals in the best interests of clients and the firm.
Pinnacle Expands to North Fulton County in Atlanta
Pinnacle Financial Partners is expanding its reach to North Fulton County in Atlanta. The firm has hired a team of associates to establish a presence there to serve North Fulton, Gwinnett and Forsyth County clients. They are available now in a temporary space at 11720 Amber Park in Alpharetta, GA, until a permanent, full-service location is established as early as this summer.
Rhea Ann Weaver and Caroline Walker Join Pinnacle in Chattanooga
Experienced Trust and Wealth Advisor Rhea Ann Weaver and Financial Advisor Caroline Walker have joined Pinnacle Financial Partners’ Chattanooga team. Both joined the firm from Truist and are based in Pinnacle’s office at 801 Broad St.

(Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP) reported net income per diluted common share of $1.71 for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2021, compared to net income per diluted common share of $1.42 for the quarter ended Dec. 31, 2020, an increase of approximately 20.4 percent. Net income per diluted common share was $6.75 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2021, compared to net income per diluted common share of $4.03 for the year ended Dec. 31, 2020, an increase of 67.5 percent.

Bridget Nodianos has joined the National Capital Region team of Pinnacle Financial Partners, a bank based in Nashville, TN. She is the firm’s first treasury management advisor in the market and will expand the suite of products and services available to local business clients. Nodianos specializes in helping companies with cash flow management, including incoming and outgoing payments, payroll, merchant point of sale, and fraud protection.
