If you use accounting software like Quicken or QuickBooks, follow the links below to set up the connection with Pinnacle Online Banking.
QuickBooks Error Troubleshooting
If you have trouble uploading your data to QuickBooks, you may need to make a quick adjustment to your Internet settings. Please try the following steps if you see Error 203:
- Go to your computer’s Windows menu > Search bar > Type in “Internet Options” > Click Internet Options > Advanced > TLS 1.2 or 1.3 (must be 1.2 or higher).
- Click Apply.
- Click OK.
- Quit the QuickBooks (QB) desktop application.
- Restart the QB application.
- If necessary, add or update the financial institution in Bank Feeds.
