Pandemic Response and Resources

Banking in a Pandemic

You are welcome to visit us inside to conduct your business. Before you go, you should know what to expect.

We kindly ask you to consider these questions.

Within the last 14 days, have you had:

  • a fever, cough or shortness of breath?
  • close contact with anyone who has a positive COVID-19 test?
  • close contact with anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19?

If so, please do not visit us in person or at our drive-thru.

If you are not sick but are caring for someone in a high-risk group, please consider using our drive-thru instead of the lobby.

If you come inside, we ask for your cooperation in following these health and safety guidelines.

Masks are strongly recommended.
We believe that masks are one of the best ways to reduce the risk of community spread. Our associates will be wearing them.

Associates and clients who have not been fully vaccinated are strongly encouraged to wear masks when inside our offices.

If you choose to wear a mask inside, we may also ask you to briefly lower it:

  • When you enter, for security reasons (this is a bank, after all)
  • For a brief moment during your transaction so we can know it’s really you

Help us stop the spread of germs.
We have hand sanitizer stations available in every office. We use them and ask that you do, too.

We’ve done what we can to preserve the open and welcoming feeling we like to provide, balanced with some simple, common-sense safety precautions to keep each other safe and ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe in our offices. You can still expect a personal and friendly experience.

Drive Thru Banking

If you're not comfortable visiting our lobby, the drive thru is open. Much of your day-to-day banking business can be done through the drive thru, like:

  • Deposits
  • Withdrawals
  • Loan Payments
  • Some document signing

If you plan to use the drive thru, look for signs in the parking lot directing you where to go. They may direct you to a special lane if you are conducting a commercial or other complex transaction.

As more clients choose to use the drive thru, wait times may be a little longer. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Before you visit, consider whether your needs can be served online or with our mobile app, like deposits from your phone or remote deposits for your business. If you have an especially complicated transaction, consider making an appointment in the lobby to save yourself time and keep our drive thru lines moving.

For offices without a drive thru, you can visit us in the lobby, or another drive thru nearby can also serve you.

Here is a list of Pinnacle offices without a drive thru and the closest offices that have one.

Temporary Closures

From time to time, we may need to temporarily close an office due to a potential exposure to COVID-19 or inadequate staffing related to the pandemic. When this happens, we will notify the clients who most frequently use this office and post signs on all doors and at the drive thru.

While closed, offices will be thoroughly cleaned and reopened only when it is deemed safe to do so.
