Pinnacle Financial Partners Announces 1Q22 Dividend
Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. (Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a $0.22 per share cash dividend to be paid on May 27, 2022 to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 6, 2022.
Scott McCann Joins Pinnacle Financial Partners
Pinnacle Financial Partners is adding credit leadership in its specialty finance businesses, with the addition of senior credit officer Scott McCann. McCann will manage the underwriting and asset management functions for Pinnacle’s equipment and franchise finance lending groups.

Pinnacle Financial Partners, Inc. (Nasdaq/NGS: PNFP) reported net income per diluted common share of $1.65 for the quarter ended March 31, 2022, compared to net income per diluted common share of $1.61 for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, an increase of approximately 2.5 percent.

Four of Pinnacle Asset Management’s advisors, Sam Oakley, Brock Kidd, James Hare and Brick Sturgeon, are among the Raymond James-affiliated advisors named to the Forbes list of “Best-In-State Wealth Advisors” for Tennessee. The list, which recognizes advisors from national, regional and independent firms, was released online April 7, 2022.
Pinnacle Commits $5 million to BrightBridge, Inc.
Pinnacle Financial Partners is presenting $5 million to BrightBridge, Inc. a nonprofit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) to support economic outcomes throughout southeast Tennessee and Georgia. BrightBridge, Inc. intends to deploy the funds over the next nine months through lending and advisory services to small business and startups. Funding will be provided through market rate or below market rate loans.

Pinnacle Financial Partners Grows Equipment Finance Team
Pinnacle Financial Partners is pleased to announce that Trish Thiele and Quinn Antshel have joined Pinnacle’s equipment finance team. Thiele is a financial advisor assistant, supporting financial advisors and helping to serve equipment finance clients. Antshel is a credit advisor based at Pinnacle’s Refinery office in Charlotte, NC.
Jason Sullivan Joins Pinnacle to Lead New Office in Huntsville
Pinnacle Financial Partners, a bank based in Nashville, TN, is expanding its team, services and reach in the Huntsville area with the addition of a new full-service office and three new client-facing associates. The office will be led by Jason Sullivan and replace the temporary space the team now operates from. It is expected to open this summer.
Pinnacle Financial Partners Grows Team in Charlotte
Pinnacle Financial Partners hired four new associates to serve the Charlotte market. Dan Collins joined Pinnacle as a financial advisor, working with commercial clients based at the Refinery office in Uptown Charlotte. Tom Lubeck, a financial performance information manager joined the Refinery office in late 2021. Sam Moroni, credit advisor, and McLean Darr, credit analyst, also recently joined the firm’s Ballantyne office.
