There are several ways to make your mortgage payment:
- You can sign up for auto-pay so that your loan is paid automatically each month
- For more control, you can make payments due each month at: pnfp.statementmanagement.com
- You can mail your payment to Pinnacle Bank P.O. Box 292487 Nashville TN 37229-2487
- You may drop off your payment at any of our physical office locations
Please note that payments received after 5 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

Please include the following information in your written notice or request:
- Your name
- Current contact information
- Loan account number
- Specific details of the request or error
You must submit your request in writing to the address above. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days of receipt. Within 30 business days, we will provide the information, resolve the error, or provide further details.

- Customer Service: If you need to check your loan balance, set up an auto draft from your checking account, verify receipt of payments, get information on a loan you just closed or a loan that was transferred, or get general information, contact us at 800-264-2613
- Payoffs or VOMs: To request a payoff statement or obtain a VOM, contact: Loan Operations 615-494-9657 or via email at specializedloanteam@pnfp.com. If you are an attorney, title company or closing agent, please register with confirmation.com
