There are several ways to make your mortgage payment:

• You can sign up for auto-pay so that your loan is paid automatically each month
• For more control, you can make payments due each month at: pnfp.statementmanagement.com
• You can mail your payment to Pinnacle Bank P.O. Box 292487 Nashville TN 37229-2487
• You may drop off your payment at any of our physical office locations

Please note that payments received after 5 p.m. will be processed the next business day.

If you have a request for information or believe there is an error with your mortgage loan, please write to us at:

• Your name
• Current contact information
• Loan account number
• Specific details of the request or error

You must submit your request in writing to the address above. You will receive an acknowledgement within 5 business days of receipt. Within 30 business days, we will provide the information, resolve the error, or provide further details.
